The Green and Gold Fund is a new and vital initiative designed to provide direct support to Bison student-athletes through Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities. As an internal solution developed through Team Makers, the fund offers a powerful and sustainable way for fans, donors, and alumni to support NDSU Athletics while maintaining the values and traditions that define Bison Nation.
The fund includes both a general Green and Gold Fund and sport-specific funds, giving donors the flexibility to support the program as a whole or the sport they’re most passionate about. All contributions are 100% tax deductible and count toward your Team Makers annual giving level and priority points—benefits that were previously unavailable through third-party NIL collectives.
More than just financial tools, these funds are strategic responses to the evolving landscape of college sports. Your support directly impacts our ability to recruit, retain, and develop student-athletes—keeping NDSU strong and competitive at the highest levels of FCS and mid-major Division I athletics.
